CLASS DESCRIPTIONS 

Silver Sneakers: a program encouraging older adults to participate in physical activities that will help them to maintain greater control of their health. Muscular strength & range of motion within a chair.


Silver Sneaker Cardio Fit: In this advanced class we groove to oldies music to increase our cardiovascular endurance.


Pilates: Improve muscular strength and endurance, balancing muscle strength with flexibility and achieving muscular balance, all with attention to conscious breath and mindfulness of movements. All levels.


Silver Splash: Pool Workout geared for Seniors / All ages welcome (13 and up) 


R.I.P.P.E.D: The One Stop Body Shock™ is a "Plateau Proof Fitness Formula" that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. class. It is Plateau Proof, because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format. Thus, regular R.I.P.P.E.D. participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes. This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.--- Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.


Zumba: is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.


Aqua Zumba: blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.


Kickboxing & Turbo Kick: Martial arts style cardio workout to help you develop a strong mind and body connection. Learn proper technique for punches and kicks while ramping up your fitness level to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, core integration and flexibility. ... This class is total core work.


Ab Blaster: this is a 30 minute class of abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength. Exercises are performed using the fit-ball and/or lying on the floor.


DAC-Xtreme : High Intensity functional fitness class, Incorporating a variety of exercise techniques to push you to your limit.


Kid Fit: ( ages 6-12) Incorporates exercises that are fundamental for development and strength as their bodies grow. We will push, pull, jump, run, lift, and more! We will discuss healthy lifestyle choices while completing strength and cardio circuits.


Yoga: A flowing sequence of movements combing Sun Salutation with a variety of postures. Balancing the mind, body and breath, you will build strength, stamina and flexibility. We offer basic Yoga as well.
